1. Create your working environment
If you work from home, to be successful you need to create a productive working atmosphere, with all the necessary conditions, and not having around something that will distract you. Create your own particular discipline and schedule, have on your reach the tools you need and move away from the TV. If you have temptations all around, you will reduce your productivity, miss your deadlines and will become nervous. Also reduce the communication with family members and focus on what you do.
2. Eat a healthy lunch
If you want to be productive and keep in your strength during the entire working day, then eating a healthy meal is essential. 4. Exercise at least 30 minutes every day
The fact that you’re busy should never to be an excuse not to exercise, because lack of physical activity and constant sitting lowers you energy and productivity. It also means an increased chance of developing chronic diseases, diabetes and diseases of the heart, which can greatly affect your ability to work in the future. Therefore, exercise for at least 30 minutes to maintain overall health. In addition, you will burn calories and that would reduce your weight. If you exercise regularly, you will have a healthy lifestyle, and would have a better performance at work.
5. Reward yourself for a job well done
Practice to reward yourself after each accomplished task. If you work constantly without breaks, can you reduce your concentration and you will need more time to accomplish your tasks. Therefore, reward yourself when you successfully fulfill a task, and you can customize the rewards depending on the nature of your work. For example, this could be a short break to read the latest news, or something longer as going out for a walk in nature.
